Solutions for developing 3D printing technology applications in the wood processing industry in the Southeast region

Abstract:

The research focuses on applying 3D printing technology in the wood processing industry in the Southeast region of Viet- nam. Research data were collected from government reports, resolutions, and related scientific documents to analyze the operational status of wood processing businesses in the area. The research method mainly involved synthesizing data and evaluating the current state of adoption of new technology. The results show that 3D printing technology offers several benefits, such as optimizing production processes, improving product quality, and reducing costs. However, businesses still face challenges related to technical infrastructure, skilled workforce, and high investment costs. The study proposes solutions including improved training, financial support, and infrastructure upgrades to promote adopting this technology, helping businesses enhance their competitiveness and achieve sustainable development in the context of international integration.
